By booking or using any services provided by VD Photobooth ("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
VD Photobooth provides photo booth rental services in Burbank, Glendale, Sherman Oaks, Studio City, Los Feliz, and the greater Los Angeles area. Services are subject to availability and confirmation.
A booking is only confirmed upon receipt of a signed agreement and deposit. Deposits are non-refundable unless VD Photobooth cancels the event. Full payment is due no later than 7 days before the event date.
Cancellations made more than 14 days before the event will forfeit the deposit. Cancellations within 14 days of the event may be subject to full payment. We reserve the right to cancel due to circumstances beyond our control (e.g., severe weather, equipment failure), in which case a full refund will be issued.
The client is responsible for providing a suitable space (minimum 8×8 ft), access to a standard power outlet, and a safe, level surface for setup. Any damage to equipment caused by guests or the client will be the client's financial responsibility.
VD Photobooth's liability is limited to the total amount paid for services. We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages of any kind.
VD Photobooth retains the right to use event photos for marketing and portfolio purposes unless the client requests otherwise in writing prior to the event.
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
